Rate Your MSP β€” Anonymous Whistleblower Portal

Share your MSP experience. No registration. No tracking. 100% anonymous.

The Australian MSP industry operates with very little public accountability. Employees fear retaliation. Contracts hide behind NDAs. Wage theft goes unreported. This portal exists to change that.

Whether you're currently employed at an MSP, a former employee, or a client who's seen behind the curtain β€” your experience matters. Every submission helps build a clearer picture of how MSPs actually treat their people and clients.

MSP: Major Global Integrator | Role: Senior Consultant | Date: Jul 2026

"The bench policy means you're constantly anxious. If you're between projects for more than two weeks, you get pulled into 'performance management.' It's designed to make people resign rather than pay redundancy."

MSP: Australian Mid-Market MSP | Role: L2 Engineer | Date: Jun 2026

"Told we'd be 'cross-trained' on cloud. Instead they offshored all the Azure work to India and kept us on legacy support. Salary hasn't moved in 3 years."

MSP: PE-Backed MSP Group | Role: Service Desk Lead | Date: Jun 2026

"On-call every third week, no additional compensation. The 'salary is inclusive of reasonable additional hours' clause is being used to avoid paying overtime. I calculated my effective hourly rate at A$28/hr."

Frequently Asked Questions

Is my submission truly anonymous?
Yes. We do not collect IP addresses, require email registration, or use tracking cookies on this page. Submissions are processed through Formspree, which passes only the form fields you fill in. We cannot identify you unless you voluntarily include identifying information.
What data do you collect?
Only the fields you choose to fill in: MSP name, review content, optional salary data, and optional role/tenure. We never collect IP addresses, browser fingerprints, or any other identifying metadata.
How is my submission used?
Anonymous submissions help us build salary benchmarks, identify systemic issues at specific MSPs, and inform our investigative journalism. We may publish aggregated data and anonymized excerpts. Individual identifying details are never published.
Can I submit multiple reviews?
Yes. You can submit as many reviews as you like β€” one per MSP, multiple MSPs, or follow-up reports about the same employer.
What should I include in my review?
Any workplace concern: wage theft, unsafe conditions, contract violations, offshoring impacts, toxic culture, or salary data. The more specific, the more useful it is for our investigations. Exclude names and personally identifying details for your own safety.
Can MSPs see who submitted a review?
No. We cannot identify submitters, and neither can MSPs. If you're concerned about retaliation, ensure you don't include identifying details in your submission text.
